Anthony Lam is the founder and managing director of Punchy Digital Media – Australia’s leading creative video agency! He is responsible for strategy, marketing and hiring key team members at Punchy! 

He started the agency whilst at university studying a bachelor of Commerce and Law at Monash University, Melbourne. Feeling frustrated about the way content was being communicated online he knew there had to be a better way for online viewers! 

He quickly put together a team of animators and started an online marketing campaign to start pitching to win projects across a range of different organisations in Australia.

Now, almost 10 years later with significant experience across government, public and private sectors, Anthony has produced in excess of an astonishing 1200 videos since inception.

Anthony is also a member of Entrepreneurs Organisation Melbourne and APAC Bridge Chapter. He is currently serving on the Melbourne board as Accelerator Chair to give back and help entrepreneurs scale and grow their business. 

In his free time, Anthony is passionate about crossfit, biohacking, meditation, and hiking outdoors!
