With a career spanning over a decade, Steven’s journey began in retail management before his profound love for storytelling, perhaps ignited by the countless hours spent in his parents video store, ultimately guided him towards the world of media production.

Steven’s multifaceted background, including animation and live-action video production, weaves together a comprehensive approach in helping brands connect with their audiences in ways that are impactful and memorable. His leadership has streamlined operations to hum with efficiency but also inspire creativity and growth in his teams.

With a trophy case that sports awards for production, motion design, and editing, he notably led his team to secure two Pitch trophies on ABC’s Gruen for their response to outlandish briefs. He also holds an Advanced Diploma in Screen & Media, and Certificate IVs in Training & Assessment, and Leadership & Management.
